Horn tooting time. Didn’t i predict this about a year ago when this law suit first surfaced? I’m not sure Ed O’Bannon will fall into the league of Curt Flood, but he is certainly going to be in that neighborhood. The other thing that is going to be addressed in this law suit is the colleges acting as the minor leagues for the NFL and NBA. The whole rule in the NBA where an american born player must attend college for one year is a joke and further puts the NCAA in a bad position for this law suit.
