Yes, for Chicago it was a big 2 points.
But it will cost them Duncan Keith for a few games.
Vancouver is the 2nd seed. For them, this was not about 2 points.
Chicago won the game. Vancouver won the intimidation factor.

Fantastic game, I’m really loving the NHL Centre Ice package.
The ‘Hawks are not and have never been intimidated by the Canucks. Best case for Vancouver last night is that the Canucks might no longer be as intimidated by the ‘Hawks as they used to be.

Yeah sure right.
Crawford was run over and there was no retribution.
This team misses John Scott something fierce.
And it is not just the Canucks.
Or have people already forgotten Toews getting bitch slapped about 3 times without anyone stepping in as well?
Q knows his team is fucked.

Yes, I watched the game.
BTW - Sedin is out indefinitely.
So long Duncan Keith.

Which ever Euro Trash Sedin it was that Keith laid out had it coming in spades while comcast didn’t have the video TSN did and just before Keiths Elbow that f**king Sedin
took a run and laid a shoulder into Keiths head along the corner boards. He better get the same punishment.

He won’t.
BTW - None of this really happens with an enforcer on the ice.
Duncan Keith is going to get suspended. And it won’t be a love tap.

He played pretty damn good last night.
But he is not going to be able to play Keith’s minutes when serving the impending suspension.

No he ain’t Keith but he is a minute eater stay at home type of guy and he usually makes good decisions.
you can’t argue with a 9-1 record since he joined the team and most of it has been with Toews out.

The Hawks and Bulls are eerily paralleling each other with above decent play while their leaders are out with injuries.
A legit heavyweight tough guy might have saved Toews. And a legit 2nd shooting threat might have spared Rose.
Toews is now a headcase. And Rose is not even running yet.
Neither situation really bodes well for playoffs at this time.

Oduya has been a revelation.
I’m worried about Toews. There is no indication of when he’ll be back. He might not even be back this year. ‘Hawks won’t go far without him. I don’t really think they’ll go all that far with him either due to their weak goaltending, but the way they’re playing right now, you never know.
As for the Bulls, I’m not worried about Rose. A groin strain or pull is very painful and takes time to heal, but he’ll be back in full form soon enough. I’m more worried about Deng, who clearly will never be at 100% this year. And I don’t even know if Hamilton is going to play at all. I feel like the Bulls need to be at 100% strength to beat the Heat.
