My answer is a big NO, not even close.

Never won the Big Game and his numbers aren’t prolific enough.

Always considered him a whinner and hated those Campells Chunky Soup commercials.

Thankfully he never put on a Bears uniform.

He didn’t really say which hall of fame. He should, however, get his facts straight. Jim Kelly never won a Super Bowl. Going yo four consecutive Super Bowl is pretty impressive.
