I’m sure the court of appeals will find a way to strike the jury verdict, but I’m happy for the widow. This was not exactly a liberal strong hold.  I would like to have been a fly on the wall in that jury room.

I don’t ever want to hear anyone complain about the McDonalds coffee case again.

This is a strange case. I think it will die on appeal. The defense seemed to show lots of paperwork proving that the doc had issued warnings but the jury eitehr ignored them or couldn’t read the big words.
