How the hell can the DNA expert say it’s 99.999999 percent Clemens DNA on the syringe and the shit inside is PEDS and he’s not guilty.
I’m having an O. J. flashback I still hope Clemens, never makes it to the HOF.

Because he wasn’t charged with steroid use. He was charged with lying to Congress. Something the f***tards in the Justice Department didn’t do a good enough job of proving.

Because the jury found it reasonable to believe Macnamara plants the evidence. They likely did not believe he used steroids. Those who like him don’t think he used, those that don’t like him think he did use and those that don’t give a shit, still don’t give a shit.

Don’t forget these prosecutors are the same legal masterminds who submitted prohibited evidence the first time around and caused a mistrial. What a waste of tax dollars.

The McNamee evidence and Pettitte’s testimony were worthless to the prosecution. Maybe Pettitte did misremember after all like Clemens said. McNamee will never be believed by anyone again. His lying in the past hurt the prosecution.

These days the Justice Dept. seems to be operating on the idea of just throwing shit up against the wall to see what sticks.

I think Roger Clemens was one of the biggest roiders in baseball. I hope he dies in a fire and doesn’t make the HOF.

The jurors must have slept through the whole trial or his lawyers were the best lawyers, since the O.J. Simpson trial.

Or maybe because the Justice Dept. lawyers are the most inept lawyers in America.

If they were any good, they wouldn’t be working for Holder.

Clemens owes Andy Pettitte a favor...that was a big part of the case for prosecution and all of a sudden he is only 50 percent sure he heard Clemens say he had used HGH.

Wonder how much Clemens paid him to change his testimony.

Neither would ever admit it, but Pettitte had to receive some money. Even Pettitte began to think he misrembered what Clemens said. McNamee had too bad of a rep for the jurors to believe anything he said or any evidence he produced.
